New Neighbors

After 10 days at our friends house working on her remodel, Mr. SS and I got home late Sunday to discover we have new neighbors.

Joining Belle the gentle mare, the rabbit, the dog and the 30 plus chickens, we found

 the pregnant goat
(with twins, no less)

and Betsy (who has no name plate yet) the pregnant cow.

This evening when we came home from the grocery store the family was out feeding and cleaning up
"the farm" says Brooke
Lexi below is showing us how tame Lucy is.

Three year Emmy Lou is explaining to us that Lucy is "preganut". And yes she knows what that means.
Even Mama Olivia is out shoveling (you know what).
Ahhh!!  We love it all!!

Proving once again that...

God is Good!!
Life is Good!!

Happy New Year Beverly to you and your beautiful family!
I have missed our visits. We hope to be in our house by the end of the month. The trailer is getting so (cozy) we are butt to butt LOL
I think if we had a bigger trailer it would be so much better, but I am just thankful for this.
Sending love and hugs your way, Elizabeth

Love seeing all the animals, sure wish we lived where we could have a few animals...I think a goat would be the best, well maybe a cow too, I love that idea...

What an education for the grandkids and you. I was your new neighbors once, They are blessed. This picture out your door can inspire some farm-style decorating projects I hope to see soon. Yes God good.
